The suspects were located Wednesday night by the Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office. Deputies with the Carter County Sheriff’s Office immediately responded and took them into custody. Glover and Barber were arraigned in Carter County General Sessions Court Thursday morning.

Investigators also took 20-year-old Zachary Scott Scalf into custody early Thursday afternoon. He was arrested on the same charges as Glover and Barber: first degree murder, criminal conspiracy, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.

Sheriff Dexter Lunceford extended his thanks to the agencies that assisted in apprehending the murder suspects.
