Deputies with the Carter County Sheriff’s Office are searching for a 15-year-old boy who went missing from his home in the Milligan area Wednesday.
Jacob Clark is described as a white male with short blonde hair, approximately 5’2” tall, possibly wearing a black hoodie. His parents have also stated that he has an auditory hearing problem, and if he is found to speak slowly and clearly to him. He was last seen on video footage around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday night at the Elizabethton Walmart.
